You earn a 30% immediate profit on your personal sales of jewelry. When you grow your Silpada team, you can earn override commissions on the sales of those in your organization.

How much does it cost to join this company?

You pay a $199 Initial Certification Fee and enjoy as many jewelry pieces, Belts and Watches as you want at a 50% discount!? If you purchase $1,500 retail ($750 your cost) in jewelry, Belts and Watches, you pay only $100 for your Initial Certification Fee! If you purchase $3,500 retail ($1,750 your cost) in jewelry, Belts and Watches, your Initial Certification Fee is waived!

Is a kit included with the $199 Initial Certification Fee?

Absolutely! In addition to the opportunity to purchase jewelry, Belts and Watches at a 50% discount for your sample table, you will receive a business starter kit.? The business starter kit includes enough paper materials for your first 5-7 Home Shows, 50 catalogs, invitations, a training binder, CDs and Home Show DVD, a Ring and Belt sizer, access to your own Silpada Web site, online and tele-conference training, one-on-one coaching and so much more!

Is there an option to earn your sample jewelry?

Yes. As a Silpada Designs Representative you do not carry inventory, just sample jewelry for you to wear and display at your Home Shows. In an effort to support you in building your display table, every Representative has the opportunity to earn more than $3,000 in free jewelry during their first 100 days as a Silpada Designs Representative through our Fast Start Free Jewelry Incentive. In addition to our Fast Start Free Jewelry Incentive, we offer an ongoing monthly incentive in which Representatives can earn from $100 to $200 in free jewelry each month, based on their personal sales.

Can you earn trips, incentives, etc.?

Yes! Silpada offers a variety of incentives Representatives may earn including, but not limited too, an annual all-expense-paid exotic vacation with Silpada's SOAR incentive, a Leadership Conference held at a new destination each year, Sterling Club every July, Monthly Free Jewelry Incentives and so much more!

Are there monthly minimums that must be sold to stay active?

Twice a year; one main catalog and a yearly catalog supplement.

Supply costs range from $ 0.50-25.00.

Every Silpada Designs Representatives gets a personal MySilpada Web site in which their customers, Hostess and prospects way view the entire catalog collection, read more about the services that the Representatives offers and contact information so the individual may get in contact directly with their Representative. The MySilpada Web site is included with the $199 Initial Certification Fee.

Can customers place order online using your company Web site?

Customers may place orders by contacting their local Representative via their personal MySilpada Web site. Any order requests that come through the company's Web site are distributed to our Representatives through our Automated Leads Program.
